Completely incompetent. They told me I qualified for a low income unit, then after going through the whole verification process they told me that they got the maximum income wrong and I didnt qualify anymore. Now I have to scramble to find something else. Avoid at all costs.

I generally do not leave complaints and tried solving my issues before doing so. I have been living here for 2.5 years with no issues outside of expired registration on a vehicle, been great tenants and had no issues and pay my rent early. Overall things were good prior to new management although we had been waiting 3 months to get our stinky washing machine replaced as well as a slough of other small maintenance items like lights, screen door and hangers. Upon the new management taking over we again asked for these items to get done multiple times, and were told they will be done within a week. 3 weeks later and nothing is done. Then my motorcycle was towed from my covered parking spot with no warning on 1/26/2024 at about 1:30pm. I was not aware of it being towed until about 8pm when my roommate got home thinking it was stolen and upon checking my email an email about tows was sent out by the office at 4:30pm that day, so 3 hours AFTER towing. I went and picked up my bike from the tow yard and was charged almost $600 for the hours it was stored there as well as after hours pickup. If I was properly notified of a possible tow I would have moved the bike in minutes. After speaking with the office manager and the maintenance man the maintenance man admitted he covered the sticker he put on the bike back up so it was not visible and the office manager Hannah admitted the email was sent out late and that she "has no personal attachment to this place" in response to me saying this was unjust and can be detrimental to folks living here on limited income. Implying she doesn't care about the tenants and this is just a job . I ended up getting half of the tow refunded after demanding it was unjust, but this is not a sufficient fix for their mistake. On top of this the simple repairs we requested still have not been done after over 5 months of waiting but they have no problem going out of their way to tow a vehicle parked in the designated spot I pay for monthly and raising my rent $150 per month for an apartment that is supposed to be "affordable housing". I've contacted their corporate office via phone and email with no responses back. I would not recommend living in this property to anybody. They only care about $$ and will blatantly tell you they don't care about their tenants and good luck getting in contact with anybody to address complaints about employees or get real resolutions. All I want is to be contacted by somebody and get a real resolution to my issues.

The company that managed our complex when we moved in did a good job with the property, but a company (Thrive) took over and ran things into the ground. Then TAM took over, and of course I was skeptical, but even through my hyper criticism they've managed to impress me. Quality renovations started, landscaping started improving, and maintenance has really stepped up as well. Management has been friendly, professional, and they actually seem to care about the residents. Hannah, Lisa, and Bryce (sorry if I spelled it wrong), have surpassed my expectations. I'd actually recommend this company to people looking for a residence, and I don't think I've ever said that before. Thank you guys!!
