Chase Bank

I went to the chase bank on Monday & I said that I would like to open an account, I couldn't open an account at all,but I wasn't told that they would run a credit report,this is what I mad about, I was blinded sited & now my score went is damaged because of chase bank,this isn't fair at all,I will blast this information on social media, not cool at all,shame on you Chase Bank .

Yesterday my husband and I visited chase to open an account, we are happy with the attention provided, Aro attended us and was very kind, he helped us and explained everything in the best way, without a doubt excellent customer service from Aro.

This Chase Everett Evergreen Way branch has a poor customer service. We came in to open a bank account (we had accounts with other bankers) The lady sitting at teller counter and chatting with the guy coworker said wed have to make an appointment for it. She didnt sound like she was available to welcome and help new customers with info or questions. Note that we hung around at Les Schwab for about 30 minutes and there was not a single customer coming in at this branch. Chase has many physical offices and ATMs and the worst service. Customer service is key in the market of numerous business participants. It mightve forgotten or neglected this norm and thus shouldnt be on the big guy list. Go to BOfA, Well Fargo, Becu, etc.
