PNW Roofing team did an excellent job in expected timeline. Frequent communication helped us keep track of the progress. Also when new issues are found, source of issues were identified, the recommendations were clearly communicated. Definitely recommend PNW roofing!

Paid nearly $1,000 in Feb 2021 for replacement of flashing around base of chimney to stop a worsening leak. After installation, contractor covered the chimney with a tarp, blocking exhaust for gas water heater and furnace, in addition to fireplace. Fumes in house for days before we finally discovered the problem. Contractor did not seem to understand the seriousness and danger from this. In addition, repair itself failed. Leak continued in same location, though we did not notice this until after we paid.

It's proven harder than I expected to find someone to help out with a leak into a bedroom room on our metal roof. PNW Roofing was super responsive. They came out quickly for a free quote, took pictures which he provided to me, and I felt did a very thorough job assessing what could be causing the leak. We discussed a temporary waterproofing fix, with a larger fix in the summer when the roof isn't so slippery. After discussing with my counterpart PNW Roofing was out two days later, the week before Christmas, to provide the necessary WPing so we don't have to worry about rot until a more complete repair can be made. Ana in the office was quick and polite. We're definitely planning to have them back in the summer to make the major necessary repair! Thanks for easing our minds that we don't need to panic every time it rains!!!
