I had my very first massage with Chelsea and can only describe it as healing and transformative.I knew right away from meeting her that there was something special in her energy, and the experience I received (in her hands) confirmed my intuition. Chelsea is a gifted holistic healer who does her work with the highest of loving intentions. She knows her craft and is very passionate about what she does, bringing her whole self to the task, and really guiding your body to surrender and relax. I cannot say enough about how awesome my experience at Zen Mind and Body was. Chelsea's Thai massage was just what I needed after my  hiatus from self care. I left moving with more ease and comfort. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and welcoming. The location is very accessible. The spa is absolutely beautiful. I felt the pampering begin when I entered the reception area. It is five star clean and well appointed. I highly recommend Chelsea and Zen Mind and Body!  This will now become a weekly ritual for my well being!
