We work very hard at keeping our prices inline with industry standards, while providing quality, top-notch service. Out technicians are trained to educate our customers on their plumbing issues, so that they can make the best decisions for their family. I cannot speak to the invoice from the other company, but looking back through ours, I see that there was a number of additional services added to each of the estimates. They were all issues that our technician saw, but he obviously did not do a good job explaining what was included or explain why he thought each was important, and we do apologize for that. This is one of the reasons why we always offer up front pricing. We never want there to be a surprise in the price once the job is complete. Our customers are in control of every decision that is made, and we honor our prices regardless of how difficult the job turns out to be. We will be working with your technician on his “soft” skills, because smug and arrogant should never be words used to describe an Apollo Plumbing technician. Professional, friendly and helpful is what we strive for. I am sorry we were not able to help you and that your experience was not better, but I am happy to hear that your plumbing issues were resolved at a reasonable price.
