Northshore Christian Academy

Im the parent of a student that left a really bad review. What my daughter didnt realize is there are parents who arent Christian who send their children to the school. They have no Christian values taught to them before coming to Northshore Christian academy. I believe it can infect the school environment with negativity my daughter saw at school just like our society. Some Christians dont follow Gods guidance. The teachers as well as the administrators are amazing and committed to making sure students feel welcomed at the school. I am so proud of the Christian education my daughters received at Northshore Christian academy. One of my daughters had a couple of issues with learning. Her first grade teacher was able to see that my daughter needed specialized skills. We put her in the tutoring program at Northshore. In 2019, my daughter graduated high school with honors.

My kids have been attending Northshore for over 5 years and they absolutely love it here. Northshore has some amazing teachers. Great environment. I am grateful for this school.

Early learning center experience is so far great. Their system is very organized, communication is good, instructors/staff are compassionate, and the center itself is very clean. The staff are engaged with the students/parents and the environment is very appealing to go to (not just the physical aspect but everyone is also so warm and kind). I feel very blessed to have my child to be involved with Northshore Christian Academy, and this is just the beginning for us.

Okay lets talk about Mrs. Shaw, unfortunately I can not give multiple reviews so I am editing this one. I would give her 3.5 stars, her judgment radiates across the room but overall she is actually really nice, however I am still butt hurt over the fact that she suspended me. next is Mrs. Deppa, I actually hated her 1 star she does not even deserve to be mentioned in the review but I will do so anyway. Her laugh and smile makes me want to crawl into a hole and bury myself alive. she is very annoying #makesmewanttoripmyearsout lastly I want to talk about Mrs. D, I would give her a solid 4.5 stars she is actually a really good science teacher if you ever had a question she could answer it every time even if it wasn't related to the lesson so teacher wise she is amazing. but she lost the .5 stars because of how strict to the rules she is. One of the rules if you cannot have non-natural hair dye, one of my friends had less then an inch of purple hair dye at the tips of her hair that was very faded and even when she put it in a bun and you could not see the purple she threatened to dress code her. As a former student of NCA I would just like to say that it was the worst experience of my life, I would rather worship satan then go back to that horrible school. The middle school principal was not a good role model. The only two things I enjoyed are Ms. Cosper (math teacher absolutely wonderful) and Mrs. Meier (history teacher). My 8th grade English teacher (Mrs. Willams) did not even have a teaching certification, she was also really annoying and kinda looked like a bunny. I think you get after reading this review that these are some of the worst people in education.
