        2 Stars for location/convenience to military and family members, but ZERO Stars for customer service. I called first and got a rude person on the phone and when I came in person it was the same rude, dismissive attitude. Zero customer service skills. I decided not to open a box because of the service. Ive received much better service off-base. Please train your people to be nicer to our soldiers and families.

        All the employees have terrible customer service. Will overcharge you for packages. I couldve went to USPS and paid half the price.

        First of all the lady was rude. Secondly yall really need to update your policy and website to reflect you cant do notary service until 12-3. The website allows you to schedule an appointment for anytime during the day. Once you arrive youre greeted rudely like its your fault that their systems allow you to schedule the appointment.
