        When Seattle Clear Windows (dba Alki Clear Windows) rang my doorbell yesterday, they told me that they could remove the screens on the ground floor from the outside to clean the windows. I didnt expect them to rip the screen to do that. I now have to repair a half dozen screens. They should have let me remove the screens from the inside instead of ripping them open. Thats what a professional would do. On top of that they did a bad job. I have never seen a window cleaner who doesnt use a squeegee, they claim that the deionized water cleans by itself but it left a cloudy film on the windows. They should reimburse me for the service since the damage which is more than I paid them.

        These guys were finishing up a job in my neighborhood and just swung by to offer their services- Im glad I took them up on their offer! The windows, and the house (!!) never looked so good!
