GGHF Curious by Nature School Main Campus

We currently have two children attending Curious By Nature school. We have been so happy with the teachers and curriculum of the school. The lessons are well thought out and the teachers are compassionate and patient. Our children come home with stories of what they explored outdoors that day, or what new insect, plant or nature concept they learned about.

I went on a preschool tour here. The school was tiny and they couldn't really explain their curriculum. There is a limit to how much learning about nature is necessary, they seemed to be skipping some basics. Each class walks across the street to spend an hour or so outside no matter the weather. The outside area was just a chunk of woods with some pallets and tarps strung about. This is probably the right fit for some kids, by my son would be miserable outside for an hour in Washington weather every day.

My son has been going to this school for two years now and I would highly recommend it! I love the fact that they dedicate time every day for going outside, regardless of the weather. The teachers and staff are wonderful and care so much about the students. You won't regret sending your child/children here!
