Duane has been so helpful throughout this home buying and loan process. He patiently supported us, made himself available to answer any questions. We had a more complex process as we were buying a new principle residence while keeping out current home as a rental and he was always available to help us through the journey and ensure we closed on time and smooth. 10/10 recommend!

Duane is a high level communicator, which is incredibly important when we are in transaction! I looked forward to my Tuesday updates both phone call and follow up email. Duane was always available when I needed his assistance and help assuring our home buyer that everything was moving along in a normal fashion. Hands down I would recommend Duane and his team!
