Excellant service. They saved me hundred of dollars by giving me instructions over the phone on how to deal with a plumbing issue, no charge! They are busy and hard to book, but worth it.

Rich at Purdy Plumbing went above and beyond to help get a new water heater installed in my home. He spent hours dealing with a home warranty company after the previous fix of replacing the thermalcouples failed through no fault of his own. The water heater was 30 years old. I can't say enough about the expertise, kindness and empathy he showed. Plus, Linda and Laurie in the office bent over backwards to fit me in to a very busy schedule on two occasions.
