HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Serivce. I would give them negative stars if I could. I can't fathom the incompetence that floods this establishment. No secure record keeping was performed while closing on my home, they said they had completed work regularly for WEEKS when nobody had even glanced at my file. The closing on my house has been pushed back again and again due to sole fact that Ticor Title in Gig Harbor, WA did NOT do their job and performed so unethically that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I strongly recommend you find another organization to handle your business. Literally just horrible work, don't waste your time, patience, money or breath on these people.

Always a pleasure to do business with Ticor Title.  They are very good at communication, which is super important to me. And the service is consistently great.  My clients are treated professionally, but in a very friendly manner. Closing documents are explained well, and questions are answered patiently and thoroughly.
