Steve was professional and very detail oriented! Our trees look great and he cleaned up all of the branches before he left. We highly recommend reaching out to him if you need any tree work done on your property.

Stephen is willing to work way out in the boonies, and tackle some difficult problems. Like a dead 28 dbh hemlock at the corner of my cabin. Cleanup was great, and the price reasonable with the quote broken down to each tree.

My wife and I had spent a whole year planning a dream vacation, getting passports for the kids, and preparing every step in our journey. What we couldn't prepare for was the wind and ice storm that hit our house. We were an hour away from heading to the airport when one of our big trees cracked and didn't fall all the way, it leaned, still blowing around in the wind at a 45 degree angle, threatening two sheds, my trailer, the fence, and my neighbor's house. When I talked to my neighbor, without hesitation he told me to call Tree Tech NW. Stephen said he could come out the next day and take care of it, but asked if he could swing by that evening to take a look and stabilize it. The communication and level of service was top notch, working with me while travelling in and out of cell service. The next day, he sent me pictures, showing the tree was down with no damage to report. Not a single shingle was damaged on the shed, and the tree was safely laying in the yard. After the snow and ice melted, he hauled away the logs and branches leaving everything clean and undamaged. I thought my dream vacation was starting off as a nightmare, but because of Tree Tech NW, we were able to enjoy our vacation without stressing about what we would be coming home to. We hired Steve to install Starlink 130 feet up in our tree and it works great now! Working with Tree Tech NW was easy and thankful how flexible they were with scheduling the install.
