The chicken basket advertisement on TV looked so delicious. We drove t I Grandview and ordered it. We got 6 pieces of cold chicken and fries. No ranch dressing as advertised. Very dissatisfied.

Their blizzards are always amazing. Went thru the drive thru and it was relatively quick. Since covid their drive thru has be so much faster than it used to be.

Food is usually good & order is correct sometimes but service is often slow with the drive thru line stretching out into the street. I've spent 30 minutes in their drive thru on several occasions. This could be helped if they had people with orders that take longer to prepare park and bring the food out to them like McDonald's, Popeye's, Arby's, etc does. UPDATE: Since my post 7 months ago this DQ has not improved. I'm sitting in their drive thru right now and have been for 25 minutes. Only 5 cars ahead of me have left since I got here. Does anyone manage this place or care how poor the service is? UPDATE #2: Visited this DQ again. I had recently received a couple of incorrect orders in a row so I asked if they could confirm my order was correct. They gave it to me to check and all the components seemed to be there and correct...until I got home. Found my double cheeseburger only had 1 patty and no condiments. I called the store to have this addressed. A young lady who identified herself as a manager was put on the line and said she would not replace my incorrect order because she was present when I checked it myself. Yes, I did make sure the components were there but I didn't open up the burger to see if it was right! She again stated she would not do anything for me because I already said it was correct. I don't know how this girl somehow failed upwards into a manager position when she is rude and has zero customer service skills. Apparently, customers are expected to open up their sandwiches to make sure their order is correct before leaving the drive thru This visit was among the worst I've had at any fast food restaurant. This location is subpar in every way. Many of the staff act like they don't even want to be there and certainly don't care about delivering a quality product or friendly customer service (this doesn't apply to everyone, there are a few kids there that are friendly and actually engage with the customer). The only reason people continue to put up with this DQ is there are few fast food choices in Grandview. From what I can see neither the owner nor management staff care about delivering consistent quality service or product. Unless all of that is ok with you, don't bother with this DQ. Eli & Kathy's is right down the street. Prices are a bit higher but my order is always right and always served with a smile. 1 star only because it won't let me give 0 stars.

These kids working here have no respect or any idea how to treat customers. Cant even give me my burger but they sure charge ya for it. And when they screw up orders, they wana have an attitude about it when you want to talk to the manager. Will not be returning to this restaurant Ive been a long standing customer for years since I work in Grandview but they lost that business and Ill make sure to tell everyone I know how poorly I was treated. We are not happy. I suggest you save your money and eat somewhere else
