        Well, the sheets smell like sweat, the carpet is very dirty, the smell of the room is disgusting

        Rooms are clean, the owners friendly and personable. AC worked, but was loud so sleeping was different. Place needs some TLC, but it's my go to place when in Grandview WA. Rate is decent too

        Very quiet no hoodlums running around all night I enjoyed my stay rooms are clean service is great the people at the front were you check in are friendly people i will be coming back and they improve the tvs they have plasma tvs now
