        I am so grateful I found this group. I joined Body Back in March 2018, and then Stroller Strides 2 months later, and I feel better now than I have in the last 5 years. My toddler loves going to class with me and watching me workout from her stroller (Stroller Strides), and I love the option of having class just for me in the evenings (Body Back). It's not only a great workout, but an amazing community of hard-working, encouraging, and genuinely kind women.
