Huckleberry Preschool is my daughter's happy place. She spends the whole morning outside, rain or shine--hiking through the forest, hunting for worms, and jumping in puddles. She also tells me she has some epic dance parties at school. Since starting Huckleberry, I've seen my daughter's confidence grow in so many ways--she now charges forward on our family hikes, tries to climb trees with her brother, picks up worms whenever she can find them, and magically has lost her fear of dogs. Prior to Huckleberry, her only mode of transportation was her stroller--she was very anti-walking--and now she's willing to go on weekly family hikes. Logistically, Huckleberry has also been great. You can park right next to the school for easy dropoff/pickup, and lunch is provided. Katherine also emails the lesson plan each week, so we get a sense of what the kiddos are learning. I would highly recommend Huckleberry Preschool to anyone looking for an outdoor preschool. It has been such a blessing for us.

Katherine is amazing!!! Huckleberry Preschool is a great school with unparalleled access to the outdoors. Katherine is kind hearted, engaging, warm and so knowledgeable. Her professionalism, attention to detail and ability to teach children and grownups alike is amazing. You will be extremely impressed from the minute you reach out to her.
