Eastside Community School

Unfortunately our experience there was not only extremely disappointing but also short lived. Their communication is awful. The administration process is poorly put together and you can never get answers. We went through the whole application process which included a tour, a student teacher interview and a three day try out. The whole process was frustrating. Between poor communication on top of being straight up ignored and denied for reasons they werent willing to give us, we moved on. Before you spend money on an application fee, I highly suggest getting some communication in writing about their process/procedures. My daughter walked away from this school feeling extreme rejection and not being good enough. This is not what the admission or private school should be about. There are way better private schools that will take the same amount of money and treat the child and parents with respect. Prior to writing this review I called the Head of admissions to explain our frustrations. Not much was said in his end other then I will look Into this. And that was it. Moving on :-)

I love the faculty, the community and the child centered, play based learning. My kids are thriving and I couldnt think of a better place for the Early Childhood education. They love the incredible amount of time in nature (rain or shine!) and nurturing environment. Best choice I made
