We met Simmi this year to help us with finding the right home to satisfy our requirements. Simmi is a knowledgeable real estate professional, we had several valuable discussions with her going over the pros and cons of each home that we checked out, these discussions helped us with making the right decision. Simmi was always available to answer any questions we had and she would always schedule the home visit at the earliest time possbile. Simmi has a keen eye for locating red flags related to the home, this helped us several times during our search. We checked out several homes before finalizing one, Simmi was always cheerful, patient and positive throughout the process. She would always motivate and encourage us saying that the right one was just around the corner and is only a matter of time before we get it.
