Spira Power Yoga

I've been doing yoga at Spira for several years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. Dora's yoga classes are physically challenging for the experienced yogi, but not unapproachable for those new to the practice. She has an incredible depth of knowledge, so you know you're learning proper technique. She's also darn funny, reminding us that joy and humor are important parts of every life endeavor. This is NOT just an exercise class, Dora is building something special here in Issaquah. Support small local business owners and gain a community!

Great slow-flow Sunday PM class with Alyssa. Ive been looking for a slower, more mindful practice that still gives me great movement, and Alyssas Yin/Yang class on Sunday PM at 5:30 was fantastic! If youre looking for a slow vinyasa and yin poses, a dose of wisdom, and a welcoming environment at all levels, check this one out. I live in Ballard but Ill be coming back!
