        My first time walking in was not all that welcoming. Walking to the front I instantly tripped over there rug off to the right.than as we approached we had to ask for a little extra of everything due to them being in a rush. They don't listen . It's like they are in auto piolet. But the food was amazing. But we went in yesterday March 21st 2024 and got food poisoning. I hope all who ate kennewick Chipotle yesterday is feeling fine! Really disappointed to spend almost 30 bucks just to throw it out!

        I would not use the app for this location. Food was not made on time. 7 minutes late. 8 customers who came in after I did and waited in line all got their food before me.
