Tera Apartments

Tera apartment has the perfect mix of great location, beautiful units, and most importantly excellent staff members. I moved in 2 months ago, it is safe, clean, and the management team is great with communication and always responsive to service requests, Nick has gone out of his way many times to help me move heavy packages. I am very happy with my decision to live here.

I got my keys stolen and Harold Weston from maintenance helped me change locks swiftly and addressed my concerns of potential hazards of burglary and mail theft. I appreciate how fast they react to this situation.

I wish I could give this place a higher rating. The maintenance staff here is truly wonderful and so helpfulthey deserve five stars! However, the rest of the complex is going downhill. There is a high turnover of residents due to large increases in rent each year, there is a lack of community and events, and the buildings all have issues. I had an incident where a construction man was suddenly outside my second-story window on scaffolding at 8am calling out to me through the screen, giving me a scareI was having coffee and not yet dressed for the day, wearing just pajamas. I had no prior warning from Windsor management that he was going to be outside my bedroom window that day working, and even after I told them about what happened, they did nothing and truly did not seem to care.
