        An HONEST auto repair/service company is typically hard to find. At Summers, you will find that owners Raya & Yan, and all of their techs are of the highest caliber and will fix your car right the first time. They provide detailed estimates, with photos, via email or text to enable you to make a decision on how to proceed--and they are happy to give advice if you are cash poor on what is critical and what can wait. They also have a loaner car. I have been going to Summers for two decades (when Jeff was the owner) and have never been disappointed--and the newer owners (3yrs+) continue the exceptional service tradition. I take both of my cars there and I am always happy to make a referral as they work so hard to deserve my business! And they are locals--support your local business owners, ALWAYS!

        Raya has great customer service but I wont take my car here again for any further repairs. Did a good break job in the rear, but it took them a week and a half to get it done. I also had a minor radiator leak that somehow turned into a major leak to where I cant even drive 1 mile down the road without overheating when it wasnt doing that before I brought my car there, not to mention the fluid that was overloaded and sprayed all over my engine and other parts under the hood. Obviously they tweaked a radiator hose to have me come back and give them an extra $1,000 on top of the $600 break job I already paid them for. Word of advice, dont take your car her if you dont want your time wasted and to be lied to. Do your homework and get several quotes on repairs before being overcharged and taken advantage of. Our team always strives to provide top-notch service.Timing & Delays: We deeply regret the extended time it took to complete your brake job. An unforeseen health issue with one of our technicians led to a backlog in our shop. This was an unexpected challenge, and we understand the inconvenience it caused. We always aim to be efficient, but sometimes situations arise that are beyond our control.Radiator Leak & Inspection: Before your visit, you were already aware of a coolant leak in your vehicle. Our initial parking lot test drive identified a metal-to-metal noise at the rear, prompting us to bring the car directly into the shop for a thorough inspection. This comprehensive assessment was shared with you, detailing all issues and supported by many photographs to ensure transparency. We emphasized the importance of addressing the cooling system issues for safety reasons. However, understanding your budget constraints, you opted for the brake job only.Post the brake job, and for safety during the test drive, we added a gallon of coolant, which was significantly low. Regrettably, during the test drive, the vehicle overheated. We believe this was exacerbated by the existing radiator issues we had identified. We informed you immediately, but you chose to retrieve the car without further investigation into the cooling system.Our Integrity: We want to address your concerns head-on. We operate with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. We would never intentionally damage or manipulate a customer's vehicle for financial gain.
