Signature Independent

Went to signature after my mini started having issues and they were more than great diagnosing the problems and promptly fixing them. Easy and flexible scheduling, straight forward explanations of what they'll do and easily explain the what and whys. After the diagnosis the quote for repairs was more than HALF of what the dealership offered and in my opinion superior quality work. Needed new engine mounts, bushings and just a once over check. All done within a day and a half. My mini runs like new and they even recommended other companies for work they didn't specialize in. Great guys. Would recommend to anyone looking for a long term mechanic. Thanks again!

I have been taking my BMW to Signature for over 5 years. Service is always done right (no take backs so far), they explain what is needed and what it will cost to repair, and then follow through to complete repairs when promised. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had a great experience at Signature Independent. Gabe, the service manager, was incredibly welcoming and had excellent communication skills, even providing pictures to illustrate the work being done. One thing I particularly appreciated was that they didn't recommend any unnecessary services or try to upsell me. The job was done flawlessly, with the team using the right tools and torque for the job. Although I rarely write reviews, I had to share my positive experience this time. I highly recommend Signature Independent for anyone seeking top notch service and integrity.

Initial Installation of the Tachometer in my '88 325 was performed , it stopped working after a week - I brought it back they remedied it under warranty at no cost and while the car was there I had them remove an aftermarket stereo and put back in a stock radio I acquired and they installed it and its also working perfectly. I use signature independent on a regular basis to do work on older BMWs as I am a specialty independent dealer in Kirkland - Wild About Cars Garage - They are always able to solve the issues and get the work done quickly and their rates are very reasonable - I refer all of my customers to them rather than the local BMW dealership !! One more old school BMW sorted by Signature Independent - 88 BMW 325 stopped running and they diagnosed and sorted it out in short order - it was a tricky one but they got it done and its back up and running great once again! Working more on the 88 BMW 325 and found a few more items that needed sorting so back to Signature Independent and they turned it around in short order and did a great job to help me get my restoration on this one completed - It was yet another complex item with the Tachometer in the gauge cluster and they managed to source one for a great deal and get it installed and up and running properly.
