I've known Jelena for years and was so excited to have the opportunity to hire her as my wedding coordinator and florist. She was honestly a godsend and made sure everything from before the event through the event itself was perfect. She helped put me at ease and was just incredible. Her flowers.....let me just saw I've NEVER seen such incredible flowers! She took my color scheme ideas and just blew my mind! I've heard from all my guests how great she was and how stunning the flowers were and they couldn't believe she did it all herself. I HIGHLY recommend Jelena for all your coordinator and or floral needs! Thanks sooooo much for everything Jelena!

From the first moment we met Jelena, we knew she had to be a part of our wedding. Though we originally had intended to have her take care of the flowers, some life circumstances lead us to hiring her as our wedding planner and it was the best decision we could have made. She had the vision and helped everything come together for a bride that was undecided on so many things. She helped us navigate the important aspects that we didnt think of, connected us with amazing vendors and she was always available via text for random questions at all hours. More than that, she was sweet, kind and understanding as she helped create the most amazing and beautiful wedding that we didnt even know we wanted, but couldn't imagine it being any other way now that it's done. I would recommend her to any bride looking for help to make the big day perfect. She made sure the bride and groom had the best day, and took care of all the last minute chaos without breaking a sweat. If you don't need a planner, you must have her do the flowers. To say they were stunning was an understatement. I will forever be grateful to her for everything she did for us to make our wedding day an absolute fairy tale and a dream come true.

There's so many good things to say. I'm not sure where to start! Jelena was the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful with ALL the things! When I say ALL, I mean everything! Jelena was hired to provide our flowers and her day-of planning services for our wedding, but she was so much more. She listened to my frustrations and fears and provided guidance by letting me pick her brain from day 1, not just the month leading up to the wedding. Jelena kept great communication throughout the entire time! Her attention to detail is impeccable!! The decorations were absolutely beautiful, and the extra touches of rose petals and the candles in front of our table were absolutely gorgeous! We also had succulents included in our floral arrangements, and Jelena took the time after the wedding not only to gather several for me to plant at home, but even helped by taking all the floral tape off, packaged them with care, and provided tips on how to plant them. And, one of my most favorite parts was... during cocktail hour, my husband ended up with makeup from a guest on his tuxedo. Jelena noticed immediately and jumped into action cleaning it with a wet wipe. Something small, but it truly is these little things that made all the difference and made our day as perfect as could be! We are so blessed to have found Jelena (more pics to come when we get them!)

We loved working with Jelena! We hired her for flowers and as our day of coordinator. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and she went above and beyond to include columbine which is not a normal flower to put in bouquets, but has a special meaning to me. She also included succulents that I was able to salvage and continue growing after the wedding :). She was thorough and helped us organize our day. She has experience in pretty much every aspect of running a wedding and asked really good questions during our consultation that helped up put the finishing touches on the event. She also did a wonderful job on the day of the wedding, from my perspective it went off without a hitch. I'm not sure whether or not she had to scramble to make something work, but as they said in Futurama: "when you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all."

Jelena will always put you first! We hired Jelena for month of coordination and flowers/decor set up. I don't know how she does it alone! At the beginning of hiring wedding vendors, we considered coordinating ourselves, or put a friend or family member in charge, but we're so glad we put a coordinator in our budget so we can truly enjoy our day. Jelena is flexible, but will stick with the timeline and make adjustments as needed. She was instrumental in creating our timeline and making sure we have balanced time with our photographer and guests. A few things that stood out to us was her honesty, professionalism, communication. Honesty - with increasing costs of flowers, Jelena was upfront with the adjusted quote and worked with us to ensure we had our non-negotiables. Professionalism - our wedding encompassed different cultures (ourselves and guests), which she embraced. We're sure she saw some wedding fiascos (as some weddings do), but she did not make any judgments and continued with her work. She works well with other vendors and will make sure they put the couple first! Communication - easy to communicate with. If she was felt that there were issues to be solved with our knowledge, she approached with a calm demeanor. Her presence was known and my bridal party worked so well with her as well. She was able to get our bridal party to move from location to location at the venue, which is no easy feat! The best planner goes to Jelena! We're so happy to have her on our wedding vendor team.
