        The owner of this hotel is horrible, He passes racist comments and keep people's deposite money for no reason.He is very rude and dont treat people nicely. If you want make your stay pleasent in kirkland, Services at this hotel are so bad that it can ruin your stay in kirkland area.Please stay away for this hotel and the owner.

        I truly wish there was a button for limitless stars ! Because that's the rating I'd give. There are absolutely NO WORDS to describe our experience. We arrived as strangers and left as family! From the moment I called to inquire from AZ , landed, arrived, and checked out, it was above anything my family & I have ever experienced. SAHAR was AMAZING! She took such great care of us. In every unthinkable way! She went above and beyond. She made our trip so memorable. Next time we're in WA.. and book at Lakeview Boutique -it won't just be for the comfy beds, wonderful shower water pressure, stocked refrigerator, modern clean rooms -it'll be for the impeccable customer service, the friendly personable and genuine kindness of SAHAR!!! Xoxo Katie Diaz & Family (12/30/23-1/7/24) Rooms: The room and restroom were both very spacious. Very clean, updated, and modern. Nearby activities: There are many things close by and within walking distance: restaurants, specialty markets, coffee shops, pathways for hiking, walking and cycling. Washington Lake and Downtown Kirkland are 5-10m away by car. Freeway access is down the street. Safety: We felt very safe in the area. There were many nearby residents and locals who would take nightly walks. Walkability: It's lush and gorgeous. So many things to enjoy and explore by foot.

        My family and I enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Hotel.. Nice lake and mountains view. Comfortable beds.Very safe and secure building. Most of all it is across Metropolitan market, Starbucks, and other food stores and restaurants.
