        As a commercial real estate broker I used kirkland law group to handle escrow for a business opportunity. Parking: big parking lot. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Location: easy freeway access and close to food and shops if you need to meet clients. Staff: Extremely knowledgable, personable, and available when you call. As a real estate broker it can be frustrating during escrow when typical title and escrow companies don't return your call or send you to voicemail. I never once had an issue with kirkland law group. I am devoted to use them for all future commercial escrow transactions. Special thanks to Sheila, my coordinator, you're amazing. Thank you for all your help as a teacher of the process and your unexpected kindness on a difficult day.
