We successfully purchased our house with great help from Alex. Our house searching period spanned more than a year and we have put several offers. During the whole process, Alex has been very thorough and patient when explaining the financial concepts and gave us tailored solutions every time we put an offer. Because the nature of my job, I can only communicate during the after hours. Alex worked around our schedule and was always very responsive. It was great experience working with Alex and we highly recommend his service.

Alex has been a wonderful help with helping my wife and I in buying a home. Although we are not first time home buyers, we still had a lot of questions and Alex took the time to throughly answer all those questions. He was so great at meeting tight deadlines and always kept us in the loop. We had check ins a few times a week at least and we felt like he always made time for us. He was always patient with us and he is someone that I trust. I would recommend his services to anyone since I see how much care he will put in.

Very thankful to have Alex be apart of my home buying process. Whenever a friend would ask me any questions I would always refer them to Alex since I trust that he would extend the same care to my friends and family as he did to me. Alex has always taken the time to educate me and has a lot of care in what he does. I really respect that he never wants to rush my husband and I and wants us to make the most informed decision. Working with Alex Louie was so smooth! Not only was he great at his job, I felt like he genuinely cared for my clients and had best interest. Never felt that he was bothered. This sounds like a lot of people do this in our industry but that is not true. Alex is a true gem in our real estate industry.
