Rooter-Pal Plumbing was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work, diligent and competent. Frank was fabulous. We had a leaking toilet that needed to be replaced. I have disabilities and needed a tall toilet. They listened to me and supplied a 19 inch toilet as requested, tested for water damage and once everything was cleared, installed the toilet. I plan to use them again to upgrade my second toilet and replace my hot water heater.

We had a leak tonight. I called Frank and sent Luca in just one hour. Very professional gave me an idea an a solution to the problem. He didn't push me to take this option and this one made me trust on him. He did an amazing job, keeping me updated on all the process and fixing in a professional way the problem. Now it's going to be my trusted plumber and I will recommend to my friends! Thanks again

Our experience with RooterPal was excellent. They were very responsive, gave a fair and reasonable price, and provided high quality work. Good price. Honest. Good work. Hard to beat that. Luca explained the options and did a great job replacing a burst pipe, a faulty shut-off valve, and leaky hose bib. I watched Luca and his assistant work and thought they did a very professional job. And they worked with me to put the new pipe in the way I wanted. Owner Frank came out to do one of the more complicated parts himself and also did professional quality work. I have some background with home repair and remodeling and I have high standards. I thought RooterPal did a great job. The new piping is better than the original piping that came with the house. I would definitely use RooterPal again and would recommend them to family and friends.
