Teresa Nelson and her husband Andy were excellent in helping us prepare our home for sale - and in getting the price we wanted for it. We had lived there for 22 years and there was a lot to tackle to get it ready to sell. Teresa and Andy personally helped us with many of the details, and went out of their way to work hands-on with us as our house went on the market. They're savvy and tenacious, in all the right ways, and they're very good at what they do. They even helped us in finding a contact at our new home location across the country. Teresa and Andy were amazing. Assisted us through all of the process. Helped us arrange for cleaning and repairs, suggested ideas. Staged the house perfectly. Even rolled up there sleaves with some of the chores that needed to be completed, including helping my wife and I load up my mom's hutch! Some painting and hanging all the window coverings! Who does all that anymore. Well, they do! They made the whole process seamless and comfortable! Eliminated the stress of selling, even with an estate house! And the most incredible thing, we sold in less than 24 hours ! Oh Yeah, you get the full deal here! Teresa is the kind of person that you feel like youve known forever. She became an instant friend on our house hunting journey. As a first time home buyer we had a lot to learn.
