Thuy had connected me with an agent named Vanessa that was closer out my way. Very unprofessional because she never answers when I call and when I text, she doesnt reply for a couple of days. Sent me to a home on a Sunday and never showed up and claimed that she had messaged me early that morning saying that we couldnt view any of the four homes that I was interested in. Asked me when I was available again, and when I replied any day of the week I still didnt hear from her for about three days where she was claiming she wasnt able to show me any homes that week. Asked if she was available on the weekend and I still havent got a reply from her. I was desperately looking for a home for me and my three children and I feel like my time is wasted while trying trying to depend on somebody that I thought was trying to help
