When a supply line burst in my house, Servpro Kirkland quickly came out to mitigate the water damage to the downstairs bedroom, upstairs bathroom, stairs, laundry room, and crawl space. They did a lot of excellent work to carefully test as many areas for moisture as possible and dry out all of the rooms, with lots of attention to detail, including subcontracting asbestos abatement. Cliff was excellent with communicating to me exactly what was being done at each phase of the project and went above and beyond to ensure my 3 cats didn't get into any of the newly opened up walls. Devin gave excellent advice on how to do preventative maintenance so that I could avoid another water damage issue in the future. The whole team was great, thanks Servpro Kirkland!!!

Had quite an eventful day and SERVPRO helped to save the day. While in our office we had a pipe burst during the recent freeze. Our neighbors at SERVPRO actually noticed from their warehouse and came over immediately to start helping. Shout out to Ashley, Kenzie, Brittany, Zac, Devin, Abdullah, Brenden, Max, Dom, & Carter. The teams quick action helped to save a whole lot of our computers and office items. Their quick work also allowed us to get back to work so much faster. Big shout out from APLUS.

Our upstairs water heater totally crashed - flooding all three floors of our house at 3am. I couldn't reach our insurance company (Nationwide - was not on our side throughout the next 12 months!), our insurance agent, and finally left a message w/Servpro of Kirkland. Other than the 911 response team (who let us know this was a water main issue), the next friendly and comforting voice I heard was that of Ashley Fry at Servpro. Her team was out there not much later and they began the water mitigation process immediately. Servpro Kirkland was the BEST! The whole team!! They were the only part of the whole year-long process that kept me sane. I cannot recommend Servpro Kirkland enough. And Ashley was a jewel to work with. Other than 911, Servpro should be your first call. This was no small project and Servpro hung in there with us all the way. One caveat, if you do go with Servpro, whatever you do, don't go w/Kustom as the renovation crew. They were a disaster almost every step of the way. Unfortunately, they are on the Servpro recommended list of renovation providers. We should have known when it was spelled Custom w/a "K."

Only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I had a roof leak, and they were fast to respond. They had someone at my house within 24 hours. Tech took some samples for asbestos testing and said the office would be in touch with results and an estimate. Ashley from the office contacted me after 4 days and said the results were positive for asbestos. She said she was working through the estimate and would have it ready in a day or 2. Ashley called nearly 2 months later to "follow up". Great service they can't even follow through with anything and then have the audacity to send me a bill after telling them their lack of response forced me to use another company. Don't waste your time because they will definitely waste yours! Edited in response to Emma's(owner) Comments: The morning after my review posted Emma called and left a voicemail. I had the voicemail transcribed and have posted it below. Emma's voicemail paints a pretty different picture than her response below. I think this will speak for itself and prove the ethics and underhanded dealings you will receive from Servpro Kirkland. You think a business owner would be wise to the legal ramifications Slander and Defamation of Character could bring! Voicemail Transcription Hey, Brian, this is Emma. I'm one of the owners, Servpro Kirkland, obviously saw your review last night and just wanted to kind of dig through your file before speaking with some of my employees. But mostly just wanted to call and apologize because it looks like they really dropped the ball in this one. And I see that you were charged for an invoice that it seems like we were unable to actually get the rest of the information to make it right. I I think it's tough to do with having a super junior team right now for a little understaffed. And yeah, they dropped the ball. So just wanted to call and apologize about that and kind of see maybe if there's a way we can get that review down or I can respond to it. Just wanted to talk to you first because it does help us our SCO, if I respond and then obviously cancel that that invoice for you. As I'm kind of looking through this that that was on us to actually be able to get that insurance info so that we could go ahead and break open into that space. So anyway, if you want to talk more, you can give me a call back at this number if not.
