So far we just moved in, but me and my husband absolutely love it. The units are really nice, all the different amenities are amazing. Were super excited to try the gym! The staff overall were so nice and helpful!

I've been a resident of Switchback for almost a year now and couldn't be happier! The property is brand-new and beautiful. I was very excited to move to a brand-new property from the older complex my husband and I lived in for over 10 yrs. The natural light we get from the large windows is amazing! The management here is so accommodating and always willing to go above and beyond for their residents. They have very cool monthly resident activities and free Saturday Brunches every weekend! I highly recommend this community to everyone looking for a new apt. that you can't wait to come home to everyday!

Not worth the luxury price tag. Cheap appliances and finishes. Office staff are unhelpful.

Could someone kindly explain why Briana tends to dominate conversations and enjoys the sound of her own voice to the extent that it's difficult to get a word in? Today, her behavior seemed particularly dismissive of others' input. A piece of friendly advice: when someone is discussing their preferences for an apartment and seeking clarification, it's helpful to listen attentively rather than monopolize the conversation. Goodness gracious, that was a bit overwhelming. While the apartments are decent, labeling them as luxurious is quite a stretch from reality. If they aspire to be better, they should consider hiring more competent staff instead of individuals who seem to adopt an air of superiority. I'll be sure to advise all my friends and acquaintances to avoid this establishment. I would give no stars if that was an option. please also dress appropriately for the workplace!
