Both managers have been attentive and super helpful throughout this process! They have made it easy to move in and get everything situated. The maintenance team also helped us with some urgent calls on the first day!

Caitlin the leasing manager gave me a handout of the Dakota and was very helpful as someone who has never rented before. She answered any questions I had and gave me useful suggestions on what to look for for my personal needs.

I have enjoyed staying here at the Dakota apartments it is Pleasant to stay here and the apartments are beautiful, also neighbors are kind and the Dakota staff are very helpful and are nice to work with

the dakota was absolutely wonderful and i appreciate the space within the apartment as well the cleanliness of the area. caitlin in the main office is very helpful and accommodating whenever i had any questions or concerns! she definitely made renting easy and i couldnt be more pleased!
