        DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN THIS FACILITY!!!! I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH! They lie, finagle paperwork and did not take care of my mother's medical needs appropriately. I am just appalled that people get away with such conduct. My mother almost lost her foot. Dr. said possibly her whole leg. Luckily that didn't happen. It has been a whole lot of unnecessary stress on my entire family. Again, think twice or even three times, before putting your loved ones in the Cottages of Lacey.

        If you love your family do not locate them here. Terrible management. State comes here so often so let that speak itself. They treat staff poorly and they only care about their bonuses. Not to mention, they dont take resident falls seriously and often times residents escape the premises through the office.
