The residents are very friendly. The food is to be desired. Corporate should have a larger budget for quality food and quality help.

The quality of serves continues to decline. I haven't had housekeeping for two weeks. The wait times for meals can be over an hour. Staff is new again . this is the fifth Executive Direct  we've had in less than two year. The environment in Unpleasant.

Bonaventure They are caring and attentive. both residents and employees They provide opportunities and flexible work schedules for employees with children they are understands! They work as a great team and move quickly in emergencies I am so happy to work here and I love all my residents!!

The problems may be coming from the very top. Not from anyone working directly with people or in the facility. However, that doesn't mean there aren't problems. It means they are coming from the big guns above. And that the big guns are trying to make a profit, trying to make it work, and are not in direct contact with residents. I think the staff does the best they can, given the horrendous circumstances they work in. Like... a crappy general who sends all the front-line soldiers out with no weapons, sleep, or water. Failure will ensue. However, I will not sacrifice my grandmother to their ill-planning any longer.Food sucks. However, staff turnover is down from 200's to 190's (haha).The staff including the multitudes of directors, for every department, seem to change every....6 months? 2-3 inexperienced servers (and whoever else on staff they can pull away to help in the dining room that night) trying to serve a room of over 50...? Servers seem inexperienced and unhelpful and tired and worn out and overworked.Gorgeous new furnishings and paint and decor. Not amazing where it matters most.  Care.

Do NOT send your loved one here!They are understaffed, dirty, leave dirty laundry in the bathroom closet for days, they will leave your loved one in their soiled clothes, and the staff is absolutely not qualified to be in this line of work.Management will never answer your calls and are difficult to get a hold of, in other words, once they have your money, you're basically ignored like their tenants.The food is unacceptable, and the staff will not make sure your loved one even eats! Boxes of food will be left for days, which means they don't care if their tenant eat at all.Do not send your loved one here if they need any kind of assistance, they will be left ignored. I will never recommend this place , it's absolutely horrible!If I could rate negative stars , I would! Absolutely disappointed!
