Last year I ordered a shark cake for my sons bday & the day of his party, they said they couldnt do it & threw together a baby shark cake that was very bad, this year I ordered cupcakes only to be called 30 min prior to pickup that they canceled my order cause no one showed up to do them . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
