        So welcoming!! My brother and I went to open him a bank account and as you walk in theyre so friendly!! They told us to grab a hot coco and take a seat. We waited maybe 2 minutes and a super nice lady helped us make an account. She was informative and friendly. Im probably going to be switching banks from Wells Fargo to here. Amazing costumer service!

        Will not honor their checks. Filing a complaint with the better better business bureau, also letting my customers know I will no longer accept payments from timberland bank. Sorry to my customers, but this branch specifically has caused the loss of business.
