I have called multiple times now to try and cancel my membership and payments with them. I don't have time to make it out there enough to pay $80 a month for it, hence why I am trying to cancle over the phone. Everytime I call I get no answer. I have left 2 voicemails with no response. I just tried calling again today, nothing. If you want your money to be taken and get generic cookie cutter chiropractic service that really isn't even structured to your personal problems, go here!

Would definitely recommend a visit to this location! Doctor and staff were super friendly and accommodating and the adjustment was just what I needed - efficient yet effective. I feel better already. Thank you!

This place is amazing and such a deal for people. Comes down to basically $20 a visit and thats how much I was paying when I had insurance. Holly at the front always makes sure to greet me with a smile and make the check in easy. Dr.Erickson is very knowledgeable and kind, and does not try to tell you something else is wrong to keep you coming back. We focus on the area causing discomfort and part attached. I could barely walk a month ago. Im back to squatting in the gym.

Your location has been a challenge since May to get into. Now that the original chiropractor has retired, it's been harder. We received an email today saying the Lacey location is closed until further notice. When I called University Place to cancel mine and my husbands memberships (Tumwatwr was also closed today), we were told we have to cancel at the Lacey location. How can I cancel.when Lacey is closed? We'd like our memberships canceled effective today.
