Carpet was measured incorrectly three times!  If we did not keep following up they would not have ordered carpet for the stairs or the 2nd floor landing! The installer still did not have enough carpet for all the closets. So one closet is not carpeted. NEVER AGAIN!  Lowes is where our family will buy from now on. Bailey was the salesperson. She was  unable to correct the measurements for some reason. The result was an incomplete install AND a frustrated customer as evidenced by THIS REVIEW .

Great place to visit and look at the overall store. Just wanted to let you know the store is awesome!

My husband and I went here to grab some stuff and one of the workers came shoulder to shoulder with me to put a red bull back into the small fridge I was standing next to by the service counter which upset me considering we are suppose to remain 6ft apart. So I had to move myself and my stroller away from him. Didn't even say excuse me or tell me he needed to get by and then walked off. We also asked "Abby" about some patio furniture and he stared at us and responded like we were inconveniencing him. I know Home Depot isn't about customer services necessarily but at least have a little bit of it if you're going to be at the "service" desk.
