I went to this dentist years ago, only recently reminded by the awful experience by an email requesting referrals for a "reward of a $5 starbucks giftcard". First off, how generous considering the thousands they make per day with out of pocket costs. This dentist pushes for unnecessary work and is demeaning when you don't have the funds to get thousands of dollars of work in one sitting. I had fillings/root canals (large ones) put in when I was a child due to having medicaid and lack of additional insurance coverage. I never had the root canal crowned (perks of growing up in poverty) . I was looked down on for lacking funds to "care for my teeth". I was scolded for using their emergency line when I bit into something, causing excruciating pain and bleeding, because it was no longer as severely painful or bleeding by the time the dentist got into the office. I would stay long and far from this dentist unless you have mounds of money to spend on every tiny detailed bit of work that this dentist wants to do. Side note, I highly recommend Dental care of lacey. Dr. Neilson is far more kind and accommodating when it comes to affording dental work.

I have to comment on one of the ladies that works for Dr. Adams, her name is Kimberly and she is the BEST!! She always makes you feel welcome and if you need a hand to hold she is there. She's always smiling or laughing and she just make you feel warm and safe in her care. Plus this sweet girl knows her business and does it well.
