Came in and was having dental concerns about my front teeth. London the EFDA took xray and explained that to replace my missing tooth that left me with a complex of not having a tooth but the Doctor (Jhuthy) and the EFDA London very educational on my dental treatment that I needed. I have bad dental anxiety but Dr Jjuthy and the Assistant London was super good . My treatment was over 7thousand but it was worth it for what the did for my smile and confidence I can smile again . I highly recommend Lacey General Dental and ask to see Londan as your Assistant

No one at the practice answers the phone or emails. Ive left 2 voicemails and wrote 2 emails and no one has returned my call. They scanned my teeth for aligners back in Jan, Ive been trying to reach them since Feb in order to schedule an appt to follow through with my aligners however no one has reached out. Why schedule me for a consult and bill my insurance for the scan if you were not able to actually put in the order for aligners? This practice is disorganized and unprofessional. Im planning to reach out the BBB to report fraud. Also, you need to update your business hours and put closed if youre unavailable to take or see patients. Please dont reply to my review asking me to reach out-I did so and got the VM twice with no return call. It might be a better idea to start returning your patients calls/voicemails instead.

Unfortunately very disorganized. I had my 6 month cleaning scheduled back in December. Thankfully, I always like to call before I head to appointments or I would have showed up to a closed office. I called before I left and was told there was no dentist anymore....thats all fine except I never got notification that my appointment was canceled.
I asked if I would get notified when a new dentist will be available, and I was told i will have to just keep calling back.
Over the past few months, I have called periodically and here we are in March and still no dentist. The last straw for me was when I got an automatic message saying that I am overdue for a dental cleaning from their office. Called several times only to be met with a voicemail that the office was closed ( at like 11 am?). I never got a call back. Time to change dentists.
