Have used 1800DryClean for several years. After our Lake Taps franchisee closed, the Lacy franchise picked it up.  Service has not been good. One bag of laundry was lost with two Tommy Bahama silk shirts, one of which showed up in a delivery over a year later, the bag and other shirt never surfaced. One pair of pants sent in for hemming were found about 6 weeks later. And last week they starched on of my silk Tommy Bahama shirts and have ignored calls to correct the problem.  I'll never use them again.

We used their services for four years and it was wonderful! Five star. Then the serviced changed when four shirts in three different deliveries during a period of six weeks came back stained. Some with starch droplets the ruined the shirts  and one with bleach like stains. When I sent the shirts in I always examine the shirt for stains so I could per treat myself.  The manager argued that the stains where from chemicals not kept  in their building but then I wonder where they came from. I don't keep starch or bleach in my home because of my children. I wish there was more honesty about how they cared for the shirts. I would not recommend services from this location.
