Olympic Cerakote

Called them during business hours, nobody answered and nobody ever returned my voicemail. There are also numerous complaints about this place's business practices in the forums. Maybe they're good at applying coatings. Unfortunately I'll never know. What I do know is that this place is not run by business-minded people.

This is not good looking to get some coating done. Not now. After reading about their failure to get work done in a timely professional manner. Moving on.

Staff was very friendly and had a two day turn around for my slides cerakote.

This is the first time I have ever been compelled to do a review. I have used this shop twice. My first experience was pretty good. They took longer than quoted, but I was ok because the work was good. My latest experience was not as good. I was quoted 1 1/2 - 2 weeks which was much quicker than I expected. When I checked in 3 weeks later I was told that it was in prep. When I checked 4 weeks later they said it was in prep However the person I spoke to said that he would do it on Friday. When I checked 5 weeks later I again said that it was in prep. I then asked for my rifle to have it finished at another shop. Nothing had been done. All parts were still bagged up after I sonic cleaned them. If you use these guys, and IF you can get them to work they do a good job. BUT if you have any goals of completing a project go somewhere else.
