Representative Jacob German is very helpful and great with explaining your policy to you . Jacob German is very respectful and polite. Could not have asked for a better person to help me get set up with my new insurance with state farm. Jacob German walks you through every options thats you request to know about and explains anything you don't understand to you so you understand the options you ask about. Jacob German just dont do his job well he does his job really great Definitely will be letting people know to talk with Jacob German when they go to state farm. to get their new insurance.
