        Was sold a family plan and was pushed phones we didn't want but ultimately took motobrazr 2023. Not even 12 days into service phone breaks due to wear and tear... 12 days??? Then wants to charge 100$ to get a replacement 2 days later. We have to be charged because normal wear and tear on a phone after 12 days??? Then when asking for a number for a manager or corp we get handed a 611 number to customer service... Well going to be canceling tomorrow and going somewhere better...

        This store needs help. Lady at the store that seemed to be in charge was rude and look down on people that asked questions. Employees knowledge of promotions was lacking. Since we werent told all details of a promotion we couldnt get our phones.The lady at the store moved my virtual card on my phone then no one knew where it was. Called t-mobile and they helped me find it.

        Joseph was the best! Started a plan change over the phone ended up here just to grab a sim card and found out the changes I made...that took almost 3 hours.... and paid for over the phone did not get put into place. Joseph took care of everything quickly and was able to waive the fees so I didn't have to pay twice! He was fast, efficient, and very patient and polite. Thanks again Joseph!

Devon used his profound knowledge and excellent customer service to help us find the plan that worked best, saving us a lot of money.
