        This was my first time getting a massage so I was very apprehensive. But, my concerns turned out to be all in my head. Jason was very patient, and professional, and took extremely good care of me. My injuries weren't inflamed nor do I feel like I wasted any time or money. I feel great and I'll be back again soon!

        I'm a Disabled Veteran that just moved into the area. I struggle with chronic back and shoulder pain. After two 1-hour sessions with Renae L my daily pain level was reduced by 80%. Renae immediately focused on my problem areas and helped me understand the nature of my issues and gave me advice on stretching techniques. Great Job!

        Renae was methodical and thorough with massaging my all my muscles. She was very intuitive which areas required a bit more work. The sports massage is the way to go as I start traing for half marathon races this spring.
