        Bought two mattresses, one of them is having serious issues. They agreed to swap it for a new one once, but when the new one also had issues, they refused to honor their 120 day return policy. The management never explained this would mean Id never be able to return the mattress to the store for a refund. Buyer beware

        I went in to get a very soft mattress due to neck pains. Braxton showed me a few mattresses and I bought one of them. After my purchase, I saw a mattress I liked on my way out but it was too late. After I left the store, I called Braxton to ask about that specific mattress. Apparently, he was pissed off as I heard him say "oh jesus". I should've gone to other mattress stores.
