The experience was not what I expected, and it didn't change me how I expected either. But TMS target and improved my symptoms of depression, the having a hard time falling asleep. The having a hard time getting up in the morning that having a hard time with time management and I gave me the extra added benefit of taking away my hand tremors from my mental health medication and lowering my migraines. The clinic is overly beautiful and the people are overly personal, they make you feel very welcome. I'm very accepted and make it easy to be able to be open about your mental health and work through it.

This place has the best team ever and the most relaxing environment. My technician Katie R. has gone more than out of her way before to make sure I felt comfortable. I was really scared when I started my treatments, but she was and has been reassuring and understanding even with all my little quirks lol. She is sweet, kind, considerate and above all else honest. she truly cares for her patients, even when I broke down crying in her chair my first week from overall stress. Of course the journey for mental health can be exhausting and overwhelming at times, but she really helped me through a tough time in my life. Me and my family are grateful for Katie R. !! And of course I can't forget about super sweet Courtney Y. . She helped with my initial consultation and my MT rechecks (I can't think of the name of her actual position my apologies lol) but she helped and got me started on this amazing journey!! The results have been fantastic for me, and my family thanks her as well . Very soothing, understanding, and laid everything out clearly as to what to expect. Really eased my fears/concerns which is funny because anxiety is one of the reasons I'm in this journey. No matter who get or talk to here, everyone is amazing!! And the clinic itself is soooo peaceful with one of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen! Talk about considerate, the whole place feels like a second home, in a great way lol. Since I go everyday Monday through Friday for about 7 weeks, it really really means alot lol. Excellent staff and experience. Thank yall for everything. I'll miss you Katie R. but no matter what you have great Karma coming your way and you have a beautiful heart . Thank you for helping me get back to me again. It's been decades but I'm happy with who I am.
