Such a comforting environment. Instantly felt comfortable when greeted by Cassie. You will feel like you are in a safe place when communicating about anything. Whether its about your day or things you need help with, Cassie always has just the right thing to say. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for counseling/therapy!

Cassie has a way of validating my whole person while also acknowledging my psychiatric challenges that, I believe, will lead to me fulfilling my potential as a human being. She is not afraid of my mental or spiritual life, and she has a nuanced way of teasing that apart from the symptoms of my disorder. The result is that I feel empowered to love my whole self and be everything that I am while keeping an eye on my symptoms. Its a nuanced existence, and I appreciate how she supports it. With her help and my good attitude, Im starting to feel like I can do good things in my life again!
